Honestly been here a couple times throughout the past year and never really had an issue. Orders are always correct prep wise and the portions are reasonable even though your paying a little bit more for Americanized instead of Authentic.

I will say that when I do have an issue it's usually just that the vegetables aren't fully cooked. Last time the mushrooms I got added were raw in the middle. This time it was the broccoli (a couple pieces were just flavored and straight up raw).

I guess as long as the meat is fully cooked it's fine though. Husband gets the orange chicken - pretty cool to see the orange slices with the food.

They have pricing specials that are sent out via text on Thursdays as well as free orange slices near the drinking fountain.

I placed this order on the App which was fine, however, I had a specific request for one of the items.  There is no place on the App to make specific requests so I had to call the restaurant after placing my order to add the item with the specific request.  I got to the restaurant earlier than the promised time so the food wasn't ready which was fine.  When she went to ring me up, my added item wasn't included!  I asked the cashier, Olivia, if it was added and she said it wasn't.  I almost got the added meal for free.  The order was ready to go at 1:03pm (promised time was 1pm but 3 extra minutes wasn't an issue for me).  Once I got home, I realized that I had missing food...2 side orders of fried rice and 1 order of sweet and sour chicken.  I called the store and got a call center...seriously??  Why can't we just talk to the restaurant??  Anyways, I drive the 20 minutes back to the restaurant to get my food while my family is waiting for the rest of the food to get to the house.  So inconvenient for me to have to drive back!!  I love Pei Wei but this is the last time I go to this location.

Pei Wei is usually always good it's just a bummer they're so expensive. This location is in a good spot and didn't seem too busy/ over packed even during a 'dinner' service. The wait for my carryout was a little long but I ordered in the restaurant and it was during a dinner time so I wasn't surprised or upset. Food is delicious and the workers (Lisa specifically for my visit) are all nice and seem friendly. I even got 'complimentary' donuts for doing a super quick survey while I waited (which also helped to pass the time some). Honestly would be 5 stars if it wasn't so pricey but it's quality food so you gotta take the good with the bad I guess(:

Just another Asian fast food chain. I was extremely disappointed with my food. I've been in many Asian inspired places before but this has to be the worst one so far. There are many diverse employees here but there are none who are Japanese or even Chinese.

What does that have to do with anything? Sushi! Or how about an Asian fusion menu with no specialists in the kitchen? Yes, anyone can make sushi. Yes, anyone can learn Asian fusion dishes. But if the food is horrible where are they being trained?

First problem when you know you're about to eat bad sushi. It comes out way too fast! Like less than a minute. The sushi rice was hard and disgusting. The tuna looked dark and old. The seaweed paper on inside was so moist it melted when I picked it apart. Overall, it was nasty sushi. I attached a photo.

The young lady asked if I liked the sushi after I left 4 pieces on the plate and I very nicely told her no. It was too hard. So she tells us it's made in the morning. No offer for another item. No offer for a refund. No apology. Nothing. I'm writing this review a week later. That's when you know it's bad when you can remember everything from a week ago.

I also had the lettuce wraps. Too salty on the sauce mixed with the chicken. It was ok to handle and you'll need to drink a gallon of water after eating the dish.

My partners food was good and that earned you another star. But for me, this would have been one  star at best. Another star for cleanliness and location. Unfortunately, I won't be back. I will not have any desire to come back. Panda Express is still doing it right.
